Pucker up

This is one of the simplest ways which can be done at any time. You simply have to tilt your head back and look at the ceiling while standing. Pucker your lips and make a pout towards the ceiling. Hold your lips for about 5 seconds. After 5 seconds, relax and come in a neutral position. Repeat this process 15 times and you will notice a major reduction in the double chin in just a few days. 

Stick it out

Say X-O

This exercise is relatively easy as compared to the others. All you need to do is say X-O several times to keep your jaws, chin, and neck moving and get rid of the fat present on your chin area on your face.

Side stretch neck

For this, you have to sit straight up and stretch your neck to either left or right, but as far as you can. This helps reduce the fat that is accumulated on both sides of your chin.

Repeat this process five times and do it regularly to see effective results. 

Oval face

If you want your face to look younger, without a double chin, this is the most effective way for you. Pull your lower jaw forward and stretch your lower muscles. Do this by turning your head to left or right. Repeat this process regularly for the best results. 

Resistance

To do this exercise, you need to make two fists and place them directly under your chin. Then move your jaw down slowly so it creates a pressing effect and strains the muscles. Increase the pressing effect gradually. Hold in this position for 3 seconds, once you reach the maximum resistance. After 3 seconds, relax. Repeat this process again 5 to 7 times. 

Smile

Clench your teeth with your mouth closed and stretch the corner of your lips as much as you can. Now press your tongue against your hard palate and keep increasing the pressing force. You know you’ve performed the exercise correctly if you feel a sense of strong tension in your chin muscles. Hold this sense of tension for 5 seconds, and then relax for 3 seconds. Repeat this process 5 to 10 times. Do it regularly to see a prominent reduction in your double chin. 

Puffy cheeks

For this method, inhale deeply with your mouth and fill your mouth with air. Then press your palms on your cheeks and you will feel the tension in your muscles. Stay in this position for 3 to 5 seconds and then release the air. Repeat this process 5 to 6 times but do it regularly if you want to reduce your double chin in no time. 

Massage

Massaging your chin area can be very effective for reducing your double chin. You can either message directly on your chin by using your fingers or you can apply some oil and then do it. Massaging improves blood circulation in your jaw area.
